The pool is huge and surrounded by a terrace studded with sunloungers – the ideal place to laze away the day. Of course, the hotel has its own private beach where you can discover the Red Sea's delights. There are plenty of other water-based activities available besides diving and snorkelling, including parasailing and canoeing. Plus you can take to the water in a catamaran, pedalo, kayak or glass-bottom boat. Away from the Red Sea, there's archery, tennis and horse-riding to keep you entertained. Plus there's a fully-equipped fitness centre whose impressive features include a Turkish bath, sauna, gym and four massage cabins. Come sundown, one of the nicest spots in the resort is the sunset bar, which looks like an old-fashioned bird cage perched on the seafront.
