Located close to the heart of Karon's resort centre, the Access is a small, charming hotel with stylish and comfortable rooms and a bright, relaxing atmosphere. But what makes it special is its layout: all rooms are ground floor and each has direct access to the pool from its own terrace - hence the name! There are two pools – the larger one wends its way around the site, under wooden bridges, reaching the majority of rooms while the smaller pool gives access to swim-up rooms in a courtyard-style layout. Everything here is designed to give you a thoroughly relaxing break in classy surroundings, but for a real treat you should try the room service: your order is brought all the way to your room by boat!
The beach can be reached by a short walk, although there's also a shuttle bus, which runs to Patong and Phuket Town daily. If you decide to stay in the hotel, you could simply luxuriate in your surroundings – inland, the backdrop is jungle-covered mountains – or you should try the treatments and massages on offer at the large spa, with its teak-lined treatment rooms, steam room and whirlpool bath.

We sent a brilliant Christmas at the Access Pool & Spa. From day one to day fourteen the staff did everything they could to make our stay special.My wife is disabled however this was no problem at this hotel, if it could be done it was.We accept... more on this review
