An introduction to Can Tolo
This well-maintained villa is located in tranquil surroundings, just four kilometres from Puerto Pollensa. Both the interior and exterior of the property are incredibly spacious, as the layout inside the villa is well thought out and the house itself is set in mature gardens with palm trees and established flower beds.
The upper floors of the villa are not accessible so all the facilities are on the ground floor, making it a good choice for those with young children or the less mobile.
Inside Ca'n Tolo, reddish floor tiles contrast with the light fabric of the soft furnishings to create a comfortable ambience. The lounge is adorned with an open fireplace and mantelpiece, and the kitchen is decorated with pretty Majorcan tiles. The owner's attention to detail is apparent in every room.
The dining area is well furnished with a solid table and chairs, but there is also the option to dine out on the covered terrace with its large wooden table and bench.
Set in the mature garden is a rectangular pool with plenty of space on its terrace for reclining on sunloungers.
