The Villa Son Ferragut is set amid pine woods with stunning views of the Sierra Traumuntana Mountains, not far from the small rural town of Sa Pobla. The house is made up of four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room with satellite TV and two full bathrooms on the ground floor.
Walk through the door from the lounge to the shaded outdoor terrace perfect for al fresco dining while enjoying the views of the hills, garden and pool.
The main door leads into a spacious hallway beautifully furnished in a mixture of both modern and traditional furniture. The large, beamed combined lounge/dining room is tastefully furnished with ornamental wood burner feature and double doors leading onto the large, covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and grounds. The modern, well equipped kitchen has a door leading onto the 'L' shaped terrace.
