Resort Service
Resort Service is our 24 hour phone service. You can use it to book days out, find out the local bus times and let us know about any problems that crop up. Prefer to speak to someone face to face? You can call us to arrange a personal visit, too. Look out for the mention of '24/7 Service in Resort' in the accommodation details in our brochures if this sounds like your kind of service.
Hotel Service
With Hotel Service, you get all the great benefits of Resort Service plus one of our Travel Advisors will regularly visit your hotel. If you prefer the personal touch then keep an eye out for the mention of 'Thomson Travel Advisor based at this hotel' in the accommodation details in our brochures.
